Normally, I meet Brides through Instagram. I met Alea through our ring designer! Stephanie Ellis Jewelry in Asheville, makes the most amazing rings. She made my wedding set, and Alea's set. While wedding planning, Alea saw my photos that Stephanie shared of her rings. We immediately became friends, bonding over the Pacific Northwest, weddings, and amazing ring designs. My husband and I flew out to Cali and met Alea and Sam for the first time at this amazing campground, Mendocino Woods. When I say Mendocino Woods is amazing, I mean it is jaw dropping, stop in your tracks, gorgeous! If I could build a tiny house right there in the middle of the park, I totally would.
Alea + Sam's wedding was so special, in a way that family and friends flew in from all over the world. Her Bridesmaids made their own bouquets. They played a little baseball right before the ceremony. It was 3 days of all camping, fire stories, and outdoor games. The entire weekend wa just perfect. If you know anyone in the area having a wedding, or elopement, I'm the girl to fly out!!
Alea + Sam are currently pregnant and expecting their first baby. I wish you THREE a life full of laughter, and hiking, and mushroom hunting (:
